Terms of sale

The terms you agree to when you buy from Korra.

Prices and availability

• Prices are those shown on the product page at the moment you order. They are read from our own records at checkout, never from your browser, so a changed page cannot change what you are charged.
• Tax is calculated at checkout for the address you give and shown before you pay.
• If a product is out of stock we will not take an order for it. If stock turns out to be wrong after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

When a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment has been received. Reaching the confirmation page is not by itself confirmation of payment — only the payment provider telling us directly counts, and that is what moves an order to paid.

Digital products and licences

• Buying software grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You do not acquire ownership of the software itself.
• A licence key is issued to your account and identifies your purchase. Sharing it is a breach of these terms.
• Download access is granted for a limited time and a limited number of downloads. You can request fresh access from your account.
• Where a purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated licence and download access are withdrawn.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or to attack the site.

Returns and refunds

Set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.
