Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and the name you give us. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; nobody here can read yours.
• Orders — what you bought, the price at the time, and the delivery and billing addresses you entered.
• Payment — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered on their systems, not ours, and we never see or store them.
• Technical records — sign-in attempts, and the IP address a message or a failed sign-in came from. These exist to detect abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not log passwords, payment details, or security tokens.
• We do not email you marketing unless you asked for it, and every marketing email can be turned off in one click.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you can stay signed in, a security cookie that protects forms from being submitted by another site, and a small cookie that remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. Advertising and analytics cookies, where used at all, are set only after you agree to them, and you can change your mind.

Your choices

• You can see and change your addresses and details from your account.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing email from any of those emails, or from the link we gave you when you subscribed.
• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Some records — the ones proving a sale happened — have to be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
