Shipping and returns
Shipping
- Standard — $6.95, free on orders over $75.
- Express — $16.95.
- Digital products have no shipping cost and are delivered to your account.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, along with any tax that applies, and both are shown before you pay.
Returns
Physical goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Start a return from your account and we will confirm the next step.
Once we receive the goods, the refund goes back to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card or account than the one that paid.
Digital products and licences
Because a download cannot be given back, software and other downloadable products are refundable only where the law requires it, or where the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it. If a refund is issued, the download access and licence key associated with that purchase stop working.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, tell us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at our cost. This is in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.
